At Feather & Grain, every piece is handmade with care, and each product is created specifically for your order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on standard purchases.
However, we want you to love your item. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or noticeably different from what you expected, we will make it right.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or flawed, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos.
Once reviewed, we will either replace the item, repair it, or offer a refund.
Custom Orders
All custom and personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect due to our error.
Shipping Issues
If your package is lost or arrives damaged due to carrier mishandling, please reach out right away. We’ll work with you to find the best solution.
